My internship at C-DAC Mohali as an AI Intern provided me with strong practical exposure to applied machine learning in the healthcare domain. I worked on developing an oral cancer detection model, where I focused on data preprocessing, model training, and performance evaluation using deep learning techniques.This experience enhanced my understanding of building end-to-end AI solutions and strengthened my ability to translate theoretical concepts into real-world applications. Working in a structured and research-driven environment improved my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Overall, the internship played a crucial role in advancing my technical foundation and preparing me for future challenges in artificial intelligence and data-driven systems.
