I am currently working at C-DAC, where I contribute to the development and maintenance of C-DAC websites, including projects of national importance. During this period, I have gained practical experience in building and improving applications, with a focus on performance and usability. I faced difficulties at times, but with the support of my team, I was able to correct my mistakes and learn better approaches. I also take part in discussions for decision-making and understand how structured workflows are followed in a professional environment. Overall, this experience is helping me improve my technical skills, gain confidence, and understand real-world software development more clearly.

I am currently undergoing my internship under the Work-Based Learning Program in the Digital Health Innovations Division at C-DAC, Mohali. During this period, I have been working on the project eSanjeevani, the National Telemedicine Service, which handles a daily engagement of nearly 4 lakh users. Being a part of such a large-scale and impactful government project has provided me with extensive exposure to real-world, production-grade healthcare systems. I have been actively involved in integrating AI/ML-based features into the platform, which has significantly enhanced my technical understanding and practical skills. In addition to technical learning, I am also gaining valuable insights into how large-scale government projects operate, including their development lifecycle, system architecture, and organizational hierarchy. Understanding how different teams collaborate and how such systems are managed at scale has been a particularly enriching aspect of this experience. This internship has also introduced me to several new technologies and tools that I had not worked with before, contributing greatly to my professional growth. Overall, my experience so far has been extremely enriching and rewarding.

I am currently working on eSanjeevani – National Telemedicine Service, a large-scale, real-time healthcare platform. So far, I have contributed to API development for integrating computer vision-based features to enhance system reliability, including functionalities such as face detection and demographic analysis. This exposure is helping me build and integrate AI-driven solutions into existing production pipelines. I am also gaining a deeper understanding of structured documentation, scalability, and maintaining compatibility within pre-built systems. Working on a live, real-world project is giving me valuable insights into deployment practices and strengthening my ability to develop efficient, practical, and user-centric solutions. Overall, this experience is significantly enhancing both my technical expertise and confidence in working on impactful, real-time applications.
